Information:		 Carries out occupational therapy treatments under the direction and general supervision of a Licensed Occupational Therapist. Provides assistance to Occupational Therapists on request. Knowledge of occupational therapy treatment and procedures at a level normally acquired through completion of an Associates Degree and be a graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program. Eligibility for, awaiting, or currently holding valid licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant. Approximately six to twelve months related work experience to become familiar with treatment programs and the application of procedures of Occupational Therapy as guided by the code of ethics of the American Occupational Therapy Association. CPR Certified. Has current Ohio driver’s license. Maintains automobile insurance at minimum of 110k/300k liability.
