Be responsible for managing the coordination of the development and implementation, of interventions to support the organizational mission, values and strategic plan. The Director will develop and implement clinical programming of inpatient and outpatient services to provide evidence based Behavioral Health Services to the Community. The position is accountable for an interdisciplinary team of staff including an Outpatient Coordinator. FTE positions is 28. Oversee the regulatory compliance with JCAHO, ODH and ODMH. Develop and implement policies and procedures to support standards of care as well as regulatory requirements. Monitor and implement strategies to address customer, physician, and employee satisfaction. Develop Business strategies to support organizational and clinical goals. Complete yearly Budget and oversee compliance to budget goals. Set and maintain Productivity Standards. Oversee Utilization Review and Case Management duties of the Department. Assist with marketing and insurance contracts updates and stipulations. Monitor Quality standards of the Department. Oversee Training. Supervision of staff. Possess strong leadership, communication and clinical skills. Support positive relationships within the State, County and Local Mental Health Community. Establish good customer relations within the hospital community. Positive Change agent. Qualifications: RN/ MSN in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing, RN/BSN with 3 or more years of progressive management experience in the field of Behavioral Health will be considered. |
