Information:		 Current Ohio LPN licensure and IV certification required. Current CPR certification and certification to administer medication. Med-Surg – three to six months’ experience necessary. May require up to six months to orient in assigned area to become proficient in the performance of responsibilities. The Patient Centered Care expanded roles include: the willingness to perform as a team member. Ability to learn and successfully perform phlebotomy, incentive spirometry, ADL, restorative physical therapy and 12 lead EKG’s. Minimum two years Med/Surg required for Hospice and Home Care.
