Information:		 Functions as a leader in the delivery of care. The Educator in Radiation Oncology assumes the responsibility of directing care for a team of patients. Must demonstrate clinical competency, evidence of nursing leadership and independent skill in the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of the patient’s physical, psychological and sociocultural needs. ONS certification is preferred for the Educator working in the oncology setting. Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Ohio. Adheres to the minimum knowledge, skills and abilities as stated in the job description.
