Ability to read, write and perform basic arithmetic at a level normally acquired through completion of high school or equivalent. Completion of a formal training program (including minimum 75 hours classroom and supervised practical training combined) and/or a written practical competency evaluation. Approximately six months to one year experience as a patient care assistant is desirable. Possession of a current Ohio driver’s license and proven insurability by the standards set by Community Health Partners’ insurance agency. Current STNA licensure required. Current CPR certification is required. |
