Information:		 Provides services to patients under the direction and supervision of a licensed physician or group of physicians who are responsible for the physician assistant’s performance. The scope of this position encompasses clinical, industrial hygiene and administrative/liaison duties. Completion of Master of Physician Assistant Program through an accredited college, board certification preferred. Completion of appropriate instructor training courses, such as CPR instructor, preferred. Other instructor training such as ACLS, CPI, NALS, PALS. Communication skills necessary in order to effectively present education and physical information to patients with varying backgrounds and age populations. Organizational skills needed to design and plan for various learning opportunities and familiarity with computer operations is required.
