Information:		 The Social Worker is responsible for providing consultation to the Interdisciplinary Group and direct service to patients/families to assist in identifying, understanding and meeting psychosocial needs. Bilingual language abilities and cross-cultural skills highly preferred.

Educational
Requirements:		 Bachelor's Degree in Social work required, Master's degree preferred.
Licensed to practice Social Work in the State of Ohio. At least two (2) years prior experience in the State of Ohio.
CPR certified. Good interpersonal skills essential. Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Must possess self-direction, motivation and time management skills. Must be able to develop and maintain effective working relationships with people at varying ages, education, social, economic, and ethnic backgrounds.
Flexibility to adapt and respond to a rapidly changing environment.
