Reports to Regional Vice President of Marketing & Communications. Works in collaboration with management. Matrix relationship with President & CEO , Community Health Partners. Plans, directs, and implements strategic marketing and communications programs and initiatives that support the objectives and overall strategy of the organization. BA or BS in Marketing or Business with experience in public relations or marketing in a health care environment. Master’s degree preferred. Five to eight years marketing management experience. Strong writing, verbal and presentation skills. Excellent interpersonal skills are required. Ability to establish rapport with community, media, physicians, trustees, key executives and employees. |
