The new custom-designed, 4.5 million facility was created to meet the growing needs of intensive care patients in Clermont County and surrounding communities. Some of the new features include:
- Newest and one of the largest Intensive Care Units in the area
- Total ICU space of 16,000 square feet is more than 50% larger than previous ICU
- Patient rooms are larger to provide more space for the patient and their loved ones
- Expanded from 12 to 16 private rooms, including 4 isolation rooms

- WiFi-enabled for Internet access by visitors and the ability to create personalized web pages called CarePages on the web so other family members and friends can stay abreast of the patient's care and recovery process.
