An Experirenced Heart Team
The Mercy Heart Program is led by a team of the region's most renowned and experienced cardiologists and cardiovascular surgeons. Our nursing staff and technologies are extensively trained to care for cardiac patients. Each member of our Heart Program support staff is specially trained in cardiac care.

Diagnostic and Interventional Cathererization Labs
The Heart Program has two cardiac cathererization labs. Our skilled cardiologists and catheterization lab team are often ableto perform cardiac invasive procedures in the lab that may eliminate the need for open-heart surgeries. Some of those procedures include:

- Coronary astherectomy
- Percutaneous transluminal angioplasty
- Implantation of drug-eluting stents
