Insurance Plan Information

Mercy Hospitals participate in most major health insurance plans in the Cincinnati area. All traditional indemnity insurance plans, Medicare and Medicaid are accepted. We participate in many managed care insurance plans, which include Health Maintenance Organizations (HMO's) and Preferred Provider Organizations (PPO's).

Note: All Mercy Hospitals are included in the plans below unless otherwise noted. The insurance plan should be notified prior to providing any non-emergency services to obtain authorization for services.
