GROUP EXERCISE CLASSES Our Group Fitness classes are instructed by some of the finest trainers in the Greater Cincinnati area. Core Adrenaline A blend of functional weight training exercises with Pilates movements to tone your entire body with a focus on your core muscles. This class was created and designed by Wellness Area Manager, Nico Gonzalez. It is the first and only class of it's kind in the world. In fact, Nico has been asked to showcase this class at the upcoming IDEA International World Fitness Convention. Be one of the first to try the class that will soon be sweeping the nation! Thursdays at 9:30am.
Cardio Dance Party Work it out Nico G. style with this high energy dance class. This class will lift your spirits and your heart rate. Let the rhythm unleash the dancer within! Wednesday, October 8, 6:00pm - 7:00pm
PILATES REFORMER
Change the Shape You're In with Pilates Reformer - The Pilates Reformer machine uses resistance and assistance at the same time. Reformer allows you to work in several planes of motion with a full range at each joint. This type of training can change the shape of your body because you work every range of motion of every muscle group while maintaining core control.

Personalized Training on the Pilates Reformer Since the Pilates Reformer is like nothing you've done in the gym, you may be looking for some personalized training with the Reformer. One-on-one session are the fastest way to identify and target your health and fitness goals. Our instructors will help you with goal assessment, program design and active progressions to help you reach your goal safely and effectively.
Single session: $70

Pilates 30 Minute Solutions Pressed for time? Try our Pilates 30-Minute Solutions program. Customize your workouts by choosing the Pilates class based on the areas you need to workout the most. Our Balanced Body University certified Pilates Trainers will help you achieve your fitness goals. Choose one or more of the following classes:
Pilates ABSolutions will focus on developing core strength and stability. You will strengthen all of your abdominal muscles as well as your back to keep you strong and balanced. Strong abs will help protect you from injury, improve your posture and make daily activities easier.
Pilates Gluts and Legs works your lower body to help strengthen and define your gluts and legs. This class will challenge your lower body with very functional movements that will improve your strength and balance. We need strong legs to carry us through our day to day activities.
Pilates Barrels is a full body workout using the new Pilates Arc. The Pilates Arc allows for proper alignment during abdominal and back strengthening exercises. The Pilates Arc provides assistance and feedback for some of the exercises and additional challenges for others. The Pilates Arc provides support for the body to allow for deeper stretching.
Pilates Body Release is a 30 minute stretch and relaxation class using the Franklin Method balls and foam rollers to give self myofascial release. These techniques increase circulation in the local area and help to heal areas of chronic dysfunction. Often once troublesome areas are released, the ability to perform exercise or even daily activities will be dramatically improved.

30-Minute Pilates Reformer Stretch
Start to feel your body in a completely new way when you regain your flexibility. This 30-minute, stretch session is one-on-one, delivered by our trainer Pilates Reformer professionals. No worries here, most of the work is done by your trainer so you can relax and enjoy the experience. The entire session is done exclusively in our Pilates Reformer studio on the Cadillac/Trapeze table.
Single Session: $30
Package of five sessions: $140
Spin and Pilates Class
You don't have to choose between strength, flexibility and stamina. This class lets you reap the benefits of a 45 minute Spinning ride, followed by 30 minutes of Pilatesmat exercises. It's the best of both worlds.
Prenatal Pilates Training Expectant Moms love Pilates! We will be hosting complimentary prenatal Pilates Reformer sessions. Reserve your spot now to experience how wonderful Pilates can be for you and your soon-to-be! It's a 60-minute class designed to promote good posture and spinal alignment, easing the strain and tensions involved with a changing body during pregnancy. Participants will learn to improve awareness of their bodies creating "conscientious" movement that will extend beyond the workout.
The class will teach the principles developed by Joseph Pilates, with proper modifications to accommodate all stages of pregnancy and levels of fitness. Private sessions are always available to suit your specific needs and time restrictions.Contact the Service Desk for more info.
Reformer, Yoga, and You
Enjoy the many different sun salutations infused with Pilates Reformer core exercises performed on the Allegro Reformer. Conclude your session with a mini-Pranassage® where your trainer performs body adjustments on you. Sessions always begin the first Tuesday of every month and go for four weeks. Sessions are offered Tuesday afternoons and evenings.
Cost of 8-Week Session: $120 for Members, $156 for Non-Members
MIND/BODY CLASSES
Pranassage® Training Pranassage combines yoga, meditation and massage to create the ultimate experience. Join Rebecca Parker, a certified Pranassage® practitioner from the Nosara Yoga Institute in Costa Rica, for this unique mind/body experience. Pranassage helps you feel completely aligned, flexible, strong and balanced by expanding your awareness of your body from the inside out. This one-on-one 60-minute session is a creative synthesis of yoga and bodywork that produces deep relaxation. Sessions are performed fully clothed on a mat on the floor. No previous yoga experience is necessary.

Yogalates
Yogalates combines aromatherapy, chakra-infused music, mantra readings and yoga poses to activate your body awareness. Benefits include increased core strength (both abdominal and back muscles), improved body awareness and posture, stress reduction and increased flexibility and balance. Push away the fears of the body and move safely into extreme depth of the mind-body connection. Thurdays at 6:00pm in Studio B.

SPECIALTY CLASSES Boxing for Kicks Training
Whether you are trying to lose weight, breakthrough "exercise plateaus" or tone up and boost your self-confidence, Boxing for Kicks is the answer. Young and old, men, women and teens can all benefit from this incredible workout. It can be tailored to any skill, so all fitness levels are welcome. Groups start the first week of each month.

Champion Spin Training
Meeting individually with a certified Spinning instructor, who is also a certified personal trainer, to give you the tools necessary to find the champion within! Individual sessions are customized to your liking with either Reggie Love or Jim Nugent.
Both private and group sessions are welcome. You have the option to work one-on-one with an instructor or get a group together. Contact your group fitness manager.
RECREATION
Recreational Basketball and Volleyball Leagues
Looking for something competitive and fun this fall? Join the new HealthPlex basketball and volleyball leagues. Leagues are open to members and non-members ages 13 and up.
