The Extended Model offers the same features as our Standard EAP Model, and also an option to increase the number of sessions available to the employee. The additional sessions may enable the EAP Counselor to address the concerns to greater depth and avoid the need for an outpatient healthcare referral.

 

Initial services for assessment, problem-solving, and referrals are provided to employees at not cost. Services beyond those paid for by the employer are coordinated with the employee's heatlh insurance plan.

 

We will help our clients to understand what is happening, assist them in discovering solutions to their difficulities, and provide ongoing support while they put those solutions to work.
