Mercy Community at Winton Woods - Frequently Asked Questions

Q. I am not Catholic. May I live at Mercy?

A. All faiths are welcome. Catholic Mass us held five days per week in our historic chapel.

Q. Is cable television available?

A. We are pleased to offer a discounted package to all of our residents, including 78 channels through Time-Warner Cable.
 
Q. If I need more care, can I stay within Mercy?
A. Our long-term care facilities offer independent living, assisted living, and nursing choices. If you find the need for assisted living or nursing services, you will have priority to a Mercy community (depending on need and availability). Mercy Franciscan Terrace is the closest Mercy (long-term care) location. 

Q. Is transportation provided?

A. We provide transportation to the grocery and a warm-water aquatic class for a small fee. 
Q. I want to stay fit. Is there an exercise room I can use?
A. Mercy offers access to up-to-date equipment,  classes like Tai-Chi, Yoga, and Pilates, whirlpool, sauna, steam room, and many other amenities at a HealthPlex facility just minutes away in Fairfield for a membership fee.
