Web Support for Patients 

Mercy is pleased to offer CarePages^sm, a free Web service for our patients while they are at a Mercy hospital to help them keep in touch with loved ones back home and elsewhere.

CarePages can be created wherever a patient or family member has Internet access. Patients and families can post messages, updates and even pictures efficiently and quickly. Loved ones can respond with messages of support and encouragement. Families often find CarePages easier to use than making and receiving multiple phone calls.

The service has an enhanced security feature that can be selected when a CarePage is established. This feature is the "Restricted Access" option available in step three of the set up procedure and establishes a higher level of security and privacy. Mercy recommends utilizing this feature.
