Prior to joining the Executive Team at Western Hills, Jeannie served as Regional Director of Administrative Services for over four years, directing and coordinating the HealthPlex marketing, including design/development of all internal and external advertising. In her administrative role, Jeannie served as the systems trainer for all three HealthPlex locations, including employee orientation, CSI software system capabilities and payroll systems. She also developed and managed the member satisfaction benchmarking program. Jeannie has a Masters Degree from Ball State University and brings added business experience in quality, manufacturing and software systems implementation.
