The Mercy Care Clinic at Mercy Hospital Anderson celebrated its grand opening on August 20. The clinic is a partnership between Mercy Hospital Anderson (MHA) and the Muslim Clinics of Ohio (MCO) that offers free primary care to the poor and under-served.

 

The clinic is currently serving acute care and emergency room patients who, upon discharge from the hospital, have no access to follow-up care. The Mercy Care Clinic operates in the Medical Office Building I, Suite 325, and is staffed primarily by MHA and MCO volunteers. Once the clinic is fully operational it will serve clients on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 5:30-7:30 pm.
