Whether they are volunteering, singing in their church choirs, working at their leisure, traveling, or enjoying their full social calendar with their new neighbors, StoneBridge residents are truly living a great life in their safe and maintenance-free cottages.

 

 

StoneBridge at Winton Woods offers two and three bedroom cottages, all maintenance-free. These beautifully designed cottages can be customized according to a variety of attractive selections. Once you have selected your lot location and cottage style, you may choose from a variety of color and finish options for counter-tops, cabinets and carpets. Some future residents have chosen to add a four-season room, screened patio or fireplace (all of which are partially refundable upon exit).

Two different fee options are available to accommodate your financial goals and budget. At StoneBridge at Winton Woods, you may select from two fee options, including a 100% refund and a 75% refund. Our most popular plan provides 100% refund on your entrance fee at any time, regardless of how long you live at StoneBridge.

Including scheduled transportation to grocery, social events and warm water aquatic classes, StoneBridge also provides a medical alert system, security system and priority admission to Mercy Franciscan Terrace, should assisted living or nursing care ever be needed.
