Dana’s Tropical Fruit Smoothie

A great summer refreshment.

Ingredients

1 15-ounce can crushed pineapple with juice

1 cup plain yogurt

1 banana

8 cubes of ice

1 cup of orange juice

Directions
  • Combine the first four ingredients in a blender.
  • Blend, adding the orange juice, until the fruit reaches the consistency you like.
  • Yield: 2 servings.

    Total fat: 3 grams

    Protein: 9 grams

    Carbohydrates: 68 grams

    Cholesterol: 7 milligrams

    Sodium: 92 milligrams
