Lourdes E-Pay Online - Last name beginning with A - K

Pay Bill Now

You will need the following information to use our online payment service:

Guarantor First and Last Name
Guarantor Zip Code
Account Number (can be found on the statement or monthly payment coupon) where you want the payment applied
Payment Amount
Payment Method (credit card or electronic check)
For electronic checks, you will need the bank account, routing number, check name and address.
For credit cards, you will need the card type, credit card number, security code (CVV), name on card, and billing address

If your account cannot be located in the system with the Guarantor information and account number, then you will need to enter the additional items listed below:

Patient First and Last Name
Patient Address
Patient Phone Number
Place of Service

After your payment is successful, you will be provided with a receipt that can be printed for your records.
