Lourdes offers a variety of free classes to assist you and your entire family in meeting the challenges and changes associated with childbirth and parenting. Whether you are already a parent or expecting your first child, you will find these classes helpful and interesting. The more you know, the better prepared you will be.

*Childbirth Classes: A comprehensive three-week series of classes designed for the mother-to-be and her labor support person.

• *Infant Care: Important information for first-time parents, and a great refresher course for parents. (Infant Care is taught in the 3rd class of the Childbirth Classes series.)

*Breastfeeding Classes: Up-to-date information provided by a lactation consultant on anatomy and physiology of lactation, infant, positioning, pumping/storing milk.
