Cardiac Rehabilitation
The Cardiac Rehabilitation program takes you unique needs to heart, custom-designing a plan to help you attain and maintain good health.
Rehabilitation begins while you're still in the hospital. The cardiac rehab team will help you and your family understand your heart condition and the lifestyle changes needed to decrease the risk of recurring illness.
Rehabilitation continues on an outpatient basis, including an individually designed exercise program, educational sessions, counseling on lifestyle modification and stress education.

Pulmonary Rehabilitation
Pulmonary Rehabiliation enables many people to enjoy more productive lives by helping them better cope with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), including conditions such as emphysema, chronic bronchitis, asthma and other chronic lung disorders.
Our Pulmonary Rehabilitation team offers you an individualized program of education, counseling and exercise that will help you toward your goals. In Pulmonary Rehabilitation you can learn techniques for controlling shortness of breath or managing the tasks of daily living. Also, we offer smoking cessation classes for those who need to stop.

Peripheral Arterial Disease Rehabilitation
This rehabilitation program, designed for people diagnosed or showing symptoms of Peripheral Arterial Disease (PAD), focus on increasing the body's overall endurance and strength. Our cardiopulmonary rehabilitation team works with patients using various exercise techniquess to improve function and mobility and counseling methods to enhance the awareness of risk factors associated with PAD and cardiovascular disease.

Adult Fitness Program
If you don't need cardiac or pulmonary rehabilitation but want to lower your risk for disease, we offer the Adult Fitness Program. To help you stay well, we'll work with you to create an exercise program tailored to your abilities and needs. Through Adult Fitness, we offer a variety of exercise equipment. You'll exercise under the supervision of the same highly-trained staff who work with cardiac and pulmonary rehab patients.

Life-Long Commitment to Wellness
When you complete an outpatient cardiac or pulmonary rehabilitation program, you're not done. CardioPulmonary Wellness offers you a life-long opportunity to continue a structured, supervised exercise program so you can maintain the healthful benefits you gained in rehab.
