With 86-licensed beds, The Glaesner Health Center is designed to provide
a secure and caring environment for residents who require daily, skilled
nursing care. Our dedicated team of healthcare professionals incorporates
the latest medical developments and techniques to provide 24-hour care.
The Glaesner Health Center is a certified Medicare and Medicaid facility
committed to assisting residents in maintaining as much independence as
possible.
Our staff provides and sponsors a variety of health services, social programs
and special entertainment. Residents may take advantage of the facility’s
many amenities and activities including:
- On-site physical, occupational and speech therapy services
- Rehabilitation programming—treating most residents with many
conditions but not limited to joint replacement, stroke/neurological
conditions, orthopaedic injuries, post-surgical recovery and oncology

- Skilled services include infusion therapy, wound care and patient
and family teaching
- Medication administration
- Transportation to medical appointments
