Experience: Sufficient previous clinical experience in areas of assignment or training. Cardiac monitoring experience and med/surg experience preferred. Critical care and sheath pulling experience a plus. Licensure: Current RN license in State of Ohio; CPR certification; Annual competency/skills review; BLS required; ACLS required within the first year of employment. Skills: Communication skills; input data into computer programs; interpersonal skills; interview skills; maintain patient charts; ability to prioritize, plan and organize.
