Experience: Critical Care experience preferred. Telemetry and Medical-Surgical experience required. Experience dealing with the public. Licensure: Current registered nurse license to practice in the State of Ohio; CPR certification. ACLS certification as required by unit specific accountabilities. Skills:
Basic physiological and psychosocial concepts, Critical thinking and problem solving skills, Concepts of medical and surgical asepsis, Understanding of the nursing process, Organization and delegation capabilities, Communication skills – oral and written.

Requirements: |
Graduation from an accredited school of nursing; additional unit specific education and/or certification may be required; desirable to have completed course work in management or related subjects. |
