Experience: Previous Critical Care or Step Down experience preferred. Experience dealing with the public.
License/Certification: Current registered nurse license to practice in the State of Ohio; CPR certification. ACLS certification as required by unit specific accountabilities. Skills: Basic physiological and psychosocial concepts; Critical thinking and problem solving skills; Concepts of medical and surgical asepsis; Understanding of the nursing process; Organization and delegation capabilities; Communication skills – oral and written.

Requirements: |
Graduation from an accredited school of nursing; additional unit specific education and/or certification may be required; desirable to have completed course work in management or related subjects. |
