Experience: Experience dealing with the public. License/Certification: Current registered nurse license to practice in the State of Ohio; CPR certification; ACLS and PALS within 90 days; current BLS. Skills: Basic physiological and psychosocial concepts; Critical thinking and problem solving skills; Concepts of medical and surgical asepsis; Understanding of the nursing process; Organization and delegation capabilities; Must be self-motivated and flexible; Able to multi-task; consciencious; Demonstrated ability to work successfully as part of a team; Demonstrated excellent communication and customer service skills.
