Works with nursing and therapy teams to ensure that costs of care are monitored and audited. Reviews and coordinates PPS and case mix data to ensure appropriate utilization of available resources. Plans, organizes,develops, implements and interprets goals, policies, objectives, and procedures of clinical services. Ensures that RUG reimbursement is appropriate. Establishes and maintains best and consistent practices across Senior Health and Housing. Divides time between the four CMHP SHHS facilities. |
Educational
Requirements: |
Bachelor's Degree preferred in Nursing or appropriate discipline; Master's a plus. 8-10 years of experience in long term care. Knowledge of reimbursement systems, clinical expertise, MDS 2.0 |
