St. Mary’s Health & Fitness Center offers more than 80 hours of land and water group fitness classes each week. All St. Mary’s instructors are nationally certified in several types of group fitness and certified in CPR.
Group fitness classes are a great way to get variety in your workout, while giving guidance, instruction and camaraderie to help you be successful. Click on the links below to view and print the monthly fitness calendars.

Pre and Post-Natal Exercise Classes

5:30 p.m., Tuesday and Thursday
Reduce the stress pregnancy places on the body. The water takes the stress off your low back and joints while you get a great cardiovascular and strength training workout. Improve your quality of sleep, posture, mood and energy while improving muscle tone and endurance.
Personal training available to new moms on the fitness floor. Babies in strollers are welcome.
Members are free and nonmembers pay a monthly rate.
Kids Fitness
Do you want to teach your children to live health lives? Start early with Kids Fitness for kindergarten age through 13 years. This program meets Monday (in the pool), Wednesday (in the pool) and Friday. Day and evening options are available. Ask about our family discounts!
