Personal Training
Why should you work with a trainer? Studies have shown that individuals who work with a trainer on a regular basis (two or more times a week) are able to see results faster than someone who attempts to exercise on their own. Maximize your time while facing a more challenging workout.
Personal training is the best way to assure you are doing a safe and effective workout with the motivation and support system you need. By studying your health and exercise histories, a professional instructor can provide an individualized workout that will help you reach your fitness and wellness goals. GET THERE with St. Mary’s team of nationally certified personal trainers. Many of our trainers have university degrees in exercise science and specialized expertise, in addition to their national certifications.
