We're a non-profit, acute-care hospital, licensed for over 500 beds. We employ more than 3200 individuals, dedicated to healing our patients and making a difference in their lives. St. Mary's is a faith-based organization and believes in the right of any associate or patient to practice their faith whenever and wherever. Over the past two years, independent research found St. Mary's to have the 'Best Nurses' with the 'Most Personalized Care' of all regional hospitals. There is a very low RN turnover compared to other hospitals.
Nursing and administrative staff actively trouble shoot and problem solve issues as they arise. RNs are encouraged to voice their opinions and suggestions at all times.
