- Others considered on a case-by-case basis
- Parkinson's Disease
- Peripheral Nerve Injury
- Polyarthritis
- Spinal Cord Injury
- Stroke (CVA)
The Rehab Care Center has specialized programs designed for Stroke and Orthopedic patients.
Referrals/Admissions
Rehab Care welcomes referrals from physicians, social workers, family members, insurance representatives, case managers and patients themselves. The Rehab Care Program is covered by most major medical insurance carriers, including Medicare.
