This conference is for Primary Care Physicians involved in the care of the pediatric patient. The titles of this year's presentations inlcude: "...scopy in Pediatric Surgery", Diagnosis and Treatment of Hydronephrosis An Update", Too Tired Teens in Toledo (Excessive Daytime Sleepiness in Adolescents)", The Evolving Role of the Hospitalist", "Failure to Thrive", "How to Identify Sexual Abuse in Children", and "Dysautonomia". 10th Annual Research Symposium

The speakers for this conference are John Kylan Lynch, D.O., MPH, Staff Clinician, National Institutes of Health, Section one Stroke Diagnostics and Therapeutics and Thomas J. Sferra, M.D., CMRI Griffin Family Chair in Gastroenterology, Associate Professor, Department of Pediatrics, University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. Dr. Sferra will speak about his laboratory's work and the hurdles that exist for the application of gene therapy in the care of patients.
Our speakers will also serve as judges for the poster presentations. Four posters will be chosen for oral presentation. The call for posters and the conference brochure will mailed in the near future.
