Community Research

Mercy is committed to providing quality service and programs to patients at each of our facilities.

On a yearly basis, Mercy conducts consumer research with an independent, private market research company*. Telephone interviews are done to measure community perception of Mercy, its hospitals, and the services and programs provided. Results are used to guide coninuous improvement in services and programs throughout the Mercy system.
