How You Can Help By extending personal or organizational resources, individuals, organizations, or businesses can help spread the mission of Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center by partnering with the Foundation to make a difference in our community. Tax-deductible gifts or donations may be unrestricted contributions that are used to support the areas of greatest need, or designated to benefit a specific fund, department or program. Donations can be made online using a credit card, via US Mail using the printable Gift Giving Form, or by contacting one of our staff members by phone or email. The Foundation provides many giving opportunities for the community that elevate the level of care and success offered and fulfill the mission at Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center. COMMEMORATIVE GIVING: Recognizing a friend, caregiver, or loved one can be done through any one of several commemorative gift programs. Memorial gifts can be made in memory of someone special; gifts can be made in Honor of someone to express your appreciation; or caregivers can be acknowledged through the Nursing Fund for Excellence, Physician Fund for Excellence or with a gift designated to a particular fund, department or program. PLANNED GIVING: Bequests, gift annuities, charitable remainder and lead trusts, beneficiary designations on retirement plans and insurance policies, gifts of real estate and appreciated securities and living trusts are all meaningful ways of leaving a charitable legacy and provide you with assurance that you and the values you hold dear will continue to facilitate the growth of our mission.
