How We Help The Endowment Fund of the Mercy Tiffin Foundation assures that community members will receive excellent, high quality, and compassionate care for generations to come. Gifts to and the principal of the Endowment Fund cannot be spent unless the hospital experiences a financial crisis. Rather, a portion of the interest may be used. This allows the Endowment Fund to continue and gain strength thus insuring the continued financial viability of the hospital. It also provides an increased amount of funds from the interest to meet new and ongoing needs. Thanks to the generosity of our community the Mercy Tiffin Foundation supports a number of worthy causes that include Health Ministries of North Central Ohio, McAuley Health Services, Mercy Tiffin Hospital’s Work Grant program, and more.
