*Mercy Cancer Center at St. Anne is pleased to announce the region's first and most advanced integrated treatment system - TomoTherapy Hi-Art. This radiation therapy system is the third of its kind in Ohio and one of only 100 in use currently in the world. Unlike tradtional radiation therapies, Tomo-Therapy provides 3-D imaging prior to each treatment to verify the location of a patient's tumor. By doing so, the risk of damaging healthy tissue or organs close to a tumor is minimized.
