Thomas P. Marnejon, DO, FACP
Program Director, Internal Medicine Residency
Clinical Professor of Internal Medicine, NEOUCOM
Dr. Marnejon received his medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed a rotating internship at Millcreek Community Hospital, Erie, PA and an internal medicine residency at St Elizabeth Health Center. He is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and a fellow of the American College of Physicians. He is a member of the Association of Program Directors in Internal Medicine and the American Osteopathic Association. Dr. Marnejon is an active participant in medical research and enjoys working with residents on case reports and research projects.


Steven D. Robbins, MD
Associate Program Director, Internal Medicine Residency

Dr. Robbins is a graduate of the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences and completed his internal medicine residency at St. Elizabeth’s. He is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and is a member of the American College of Physicians and the Association of Program Directors in Internal Medicine.




Aron Blecher, MD, FACP
Associate Professor of Medicine, NEOUCOM
Director of Ambulatory Education, Internal Medicine Residency Program

Dr. Blecher received his medical degree from the Universidad de Autonoma de Guadalajara, Mexico. He completed internal medicine residency here at St. Elizabeth’s. Dr. Blecher is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. Currently, he is the elected medical staff Section Chief for General Internal Medicine in the Department of Medicine. Dr. Blecher is a fellow of the American College of Physicians and a member of the Ohio State Medical Society. He has a private practice in Youngstown, Ohio . Dr. Blecher likes to learn and teach clinical internal medicine.


Jung Min Kim, MD
Associate Professor of Clinical Medicine, NEOUCOM
Dr. Kim is a graduate of Hanyang University College of Medicine, Seoul, Korea. He completed internal medicine residency training at St. Elizabeth. Dr. Kim is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. He is a member of the American College of Physicians and the Ohio State Medical Association. Dr. Kim serves as medical director of occupational medicine in corporate care at St. Elizabeth’s and is working toward a Masters of Public Health degree at NEOUCOM.


Charles E. Wilkins, MD
Associate Professor of Medicine, NEOUCOM
Clinical Associate Professor at Ohio University
Director of Geriatric Medicine, Internal Medicine Residency Program

Dr. Wilkins received his medical degree from the University of Cincinnati. He completed his internal medicine residency training at St. Elizabeth’s and a geriatric fellowship at the University of Glasgow in Scotland. He is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in internal medicine and has added qualifications from the Board in geriatric medicine. Dr. Wilkins served as program director of our internal medicine residency program from 1992-1996. He is also a Clinical Associate Professor at Ohio University College of Medicine in Athens, OH and serves as geriatric clerkship director for that medical school. Dr. Wilkins is a member of the American Geriatric Society, the British Geriatric Society, and the Wilderness Medical Society.


Cynthia A. Kravec, MD
Assistant Professor of Medicine, NEOUCOM

Dr. Kravec received her medical degree from the Northeastern Ohio Universities College of Medicine and was a member of Alpha Omega Alpha. She completed an internal medicine residency at Summa Health System Akron City Hospital, where she was selected as medical student teacher of the year and resident of the year. She is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and is a member of the American College of Physicians.Dr. Kravec’s academic interests include topics in women's health, fitness, medical weight loss and nutrition. Dr. Kravec lives in Canfield, Ohio with her husband Jim and children Jim and Sarah. She is a Cleveland native, graduating from Kent State University. Her interests include Cleveland sports, running and fitness, scrap booking, and music and she is actively involved in her church as a leader in its RCIA program.



James F. Kravec, MD

Dr. Kravec received his medical degree from the Northeastern Ohio Universities College of Medicine. He completed an internal medicine residency at Summa Health System Akron City Hospital, where he was selected as medical student teacher of the year and resident of the year. He is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and a member of Alpha Omega Alpha. Dr. Kravec is an Associate Medical Director for Hospice of the Valley. He serves as President of the NEOUCOM Alumni Association and is a member of the American College of Physicians and the NEOUCOM Foundation Board of Directors. Dr. Kravec's academic interests include topics in general internal medicine, hospice and palliative care and pre-operative evaluation. Dr. Kravec lives in Canfield, Ohio with his wife Cindy and children Jim and Sarah. He is a Youngstown native, graduating from Youngstown State University. His interests include local politics, landscaping and golf.



David Regule, MD

David Regule MD is partime faculty Internal Medicine who also provides Rheumatology services in the hospital and community. He is Board certified Internal Medicine and Rheumatology. He also has recent experience in as an ER physician and as Assistant professor through NEOUCOM.

He enjoys working with the residents at SEHC and has extensive teaching experience, including 10 years Anatomy and Physiology instructor at a Tristate Massotherapy, an associate degree local college, Other teaching role included MCAT instructor, Chief Resident and Lab assistant. He had worked for 5 years as an orthopedic focused physical therapist. PT degrees obtained at Ohio State with specialty MS thru University of Pittsburgh prior to medical school. Medical training thru NEOUCOM, IM residency here at HMHP St. Elizabeths hospital, Rheumatology fellowship thru Case Western, University Hospital Medical Center.

He has been honored as AOA member and received awards, including teaching awards.



Karen Johnson, DO
Chief Resident

Dr. Johnson received her medical degree from Kansas City University of Medicine and Bioscience in Kansas City, MO. She completed an internal medicine residency at St. Elizabeth Health Center. She is an active member of the Associate Council of the American College of Physicians. Dr. Johnson lives with her husband, Josh, in Poland, OH.
