Who will teach me how to do my IV? HM Home Pharmacy staff coordinates with your homecare nurse the plan of care for your specific IV needs. You and/or your caregiver in the home will receive individualized instructions and ongoing follow up by the homecare nurse during your course of treatment. Whom do I call if I have a problem with my IV through the evening or night? HM Home Pharmacy has a pharmacist available by phone 24 hours a day, including nights, weekends and holidays. Specially trained IV nurses are also available by phone 24 hours a day, including nights, weekends and holidays.
