Community Care
Humility of Mary Health Partners has a long tradition of serving the poor and medically underserved members of our communities.
The St. Joseph Community Care Center,
St. Elizabeth Ambulatory Care Center
and the Smile Station Dental Van provide medical care to area residents regardless of their ability to pay.
The St. Joseph Community Care Center offers primary care services to both adults and children, while services at the St. Elizabeth Ambulatory Care Center include clinics for allergies, breast care, dental, pediatrics, women's health and much more.
Additional services available to patients include the Women's, Infant's and Children (WIC) Office, dietitians, social workers to assist patients with psychosocial needs and financial counselors to provide assistance with methods of payment for medical bills.
