Occupational Health Services
While our Corporate Care programs focus on maintaining good health, we also recognize the importance of prompt, efficient and cost-effective treatment of occupational injury and illness. Corporate Care provides individualized case management for employees who are injured or become ill on the job.
The services in this program include:
- 24-hour emergency care for job-related injuries, trauma and illness. Our facilities are designed to receive and treat all patients promptly, with a minimum of idle time.
- Patient progress reports. From time of injury to return to work, we’ll track and report on patient progress.
- Transcription. A work discharge form, which identifies the nature of the visit, work status of the employee, medications, prescribed and follow-up care if referred, is given to each employee treated at HMHP facility. A copy of this form and a typed transcript of the attending physician’s report on treatment, diagnosis, and prognosis is promptly provided to the employer.
- Worker’s Compensation billing. Our trained and experienced staff will help get all the paperwork started correctly and work with MCO.

Specialty Programs
At Humility of Mary Health Partners, we realize that no two companies have the same health care needs. That’s why the services offered in our Corporate Care Specialty Programs are really up to you. You tell us what you need; we’ll provide the appropriate service. To minimize your costs, we offer most specialty services on-site and establish price based on the scope of programs you need. Some examples of services that you might take advantage of include:
OSHA/NIOSH testing - Helps ease compliance. Providing asbestos testing, hearing evaluations, vision testing, blood testing, lung spirometry and much more.
Medical Review Officer (MRO) services - The MRO, a licensed physician with knowledge of substance abuse disorders and appropriate knowledge of drug testing, will review and analyze test results in compliance with the provisions mandated in the Code of Federal Regulations (49 CFR part 40).
DOT Drug Screen Selection
Occupational therapy and ergonomic assessment programs - Are available to meet your needs. Exercise programs-both strengthening and therapeutic-are offered under the supervision of licensed physical therapists.
Drug and alcohol abuse screening and treatment - Are available at the hospital or onsite. If indicated, employees can receive early and effective treatment through our New Start Treatment Center.
Employee assistance - An excellent source of support for your employees, these programs offer specialized one-one-one care for a variety of social, economic, financial, legal and psychological problems that can cost money and pose risks to your company.
Physical Exams
Corporate Care offers a complete package of physical exams to meet your company’s specific needs. We can also individualize exams to fit any special requirements you may have.
- Executive physical exams provide complete health evaluation in one morning or in one after noon. The exam is extremely comprehensive and may include special procedures such electrocardiograms, pulmonary functions, blood chemistries and stress testing. Copies of test results are made available for the client to give to his or her personal physician.
- Pre-placement and annual/periodic exams, customized to meet your companies needs, can provide a complete medical history. These exams can detect health-related problems that could eventually interfere with job performance. A program of periodic exams can screen for developing job-related health problems. Required procedures, such as Department of Transportation (DOT) exams, are also available.
- Disability exams are for employees who have applied for medical or health disability. If indicated, the employee can be referred to a specialist for fast, efficient treatment.
- Return-to-Work exams play a vital role in returning employees to work in the best health possible. These exams can provide the evaluation of industrial and medical disability that is needed to assure back-to-work clearance.
- Fitness for Duty exams identifies an employee’s ability to perform the essential functions of the job description and when restrictions are indicated.
- Second Opinions exams are provided by our specially trained Physician.
All Corporate Care exams and screenings are performed with the utmost care by professionals who recognize your particular needs and understand the importance of providing you with comprehensive, cost-effective health care.
